Suggested use: For best results add one (1) level scoop to a simmering pot of 6 to 8 ounces of water for 10 minutes or longer. Straining is optional. Irish Sea Moss can be enjoyed hot or cold and can be added to your favorite beverage. Simmering Irish Sea Moss may improve its digestibility and removes some of the natural salty flavors.
